Our delivery service is an Express 1-2 Working Days service. Orders below £250.00 are subject to a £7.00 + VAT delivery charge. Orders over £250.00 (incl VAT) are delivered free of charge. Orders will be delivered by either ParcelForce or Crowfoots Carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Future 2000 is not liable for deliveries to the wrong address if the incorrect information is supplied upon checkout.
Prices shown are all excluding VAT. VAT will be added in the basket ahead of checkout.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and if payment authorisation is refused Future 2000 is not liable for delay in dispatch of goods or non-delivery.
If you encounter an issue with a Future 2000 product that you have ordered from www.future2000.co.uk – please contact us via our contact page. When you email us please provide a full description of the product and why you wish to return the product. Photographic evidence may be requested by us before guaranteeing a refund.
Items eligible for return must have been purchased directly from us within the last 30 days, must be unused and in the original, unopened packaging.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is safely returned to Future 2000. We recommend using a recorded courier or postal service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to manufacturing error, which will require proof of postage. A Future 2000 representative will confirm this before return and postage will be reimbursed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for parcels to reach us, once received we will confirm with you before settling your refund. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
Any damage occurred to products must be reported to Future 2000 within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Following a 24-hour period, it is no longer our responsibility. Should a damage be reported, Future 2000 will investigate and provide a suitable solution to the issue, whether that be replacement product or a refund.
